March 2011 Newsletter – Competition prize Terms & Conditions
1. To enter the prize draw you simply need to enter your email address, phone number and name into the space provided and click submit.
2. Two winners will receive the prize of a “London Attraction and Tea at Fortnum and Mason for Four” Red Letter days package.
3. Only one prize per household.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. There is no cash alternative.
6. All meals, transport and any other expenses are not included.
7. Closing date for all entries is 15th April 2011.
8. There will be one draw held on 20th April 2011 where an independent judge will pick the winner at random.
9. The Winner will be contacted by email by 30th April 2011.
10. The Winner must claim their prize within 14 days after the date of sending the email. If after 14 days the prize has not been claimed the prize will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
11. All prizes are subject to availability. If the specified prize is not available, a prize of equivalent value, of the Promoter’s choosing, will be provided. No cash alternative.

13. The Winner must take part in any associated publicity.
14. Competition not open to employees of Whitbread Group Plc, its suppliers, agencies or anyone else associated with the competition.
